Terms and Conditions
Eligibility:
- The lucky draw is open to individuals who have completed and submitted the Members’ Awareness and Satisfaction Survey 2025 (the “Survey”) hosted by PMCare Sdn Bhd during the specified survey period.
- The lucky draw is only eligible to participants who have consented to the lucky draw winners announcement on PMCare’s LinkedIn page.
- Participants must be of legal age and verified PMCare Members
Entry Period:
- The entry period for the lucky draw will be clearly mentioned in the survey invitation or description.
Entry:
- To enter the lucky draw, participants must fully complete the Survey, providing accurate and complete information.
- Only one submission per person is allowed.
Prizes:
- Prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Winner Selection:
- The winner(s) will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- The selection will take place within a reasonable time frame after the survey period ends.
- The winner(s) will be notified via email provided in the Survey.
Announcement:
- The winner(s) will be announced on PMCare’s official LinkedIn page
- By participating in the lucky draw, participants consent to their full names and the name of the company they are associated with being announced as winners on LinkedIn.
Claiming the Prize:
- Winners must respond to the email notification within 7 working days from the date of the notification received to claim their prize.
- Failure to respond to the notification within the specified time will result in the selection of an alternate winner.
Data Privacy:
- PMCare Sdn Bhd will handle participant data in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Participants’ data will only be used for the purpose of administering the survey and lucky draw.
General Terms:
- PMCare Sdn Bhd reserves the right to modify or cancel the lucky draw for any reason, including but not limited to, fraud, technical issues, or force majeure events.
- By participating in the lucky draw, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
By entering the lucky draw, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change at PMCare Sdn Bhd’s discretion.
