You can proceed to make a booking via the link below. Our doctor will call you at your chosen booking time once the booking has been made. Currently we issue prescriptions only for Long Term Medication.

What conditions are suitable for e-farma on call?
I have uploaded the prescription with 3 months validity. Do I need to request the medication monthly basis?
You do not have to request for medication on monthly basis. i.e. prescription with 3 months validity will allow you getting your medications for 3 months consecutively.
Will member's confidentiality be upheld?
Yes. Your data is treated safely and confidentially. We are in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (“PDPA”).
What should I do if my medication consignment is damaged?
Please email to efarma.support@pmcare.com.my with your Full Name, MyKad/Passport Number, Mobile Phone Number and/or Dispensing No and the damaged item pictures.
Delivery
How long will it take to receive medication after I uploaded the prescription?
- Peninsular Malaysia: 2 to 5 working days
- East Malaysia(*): 5 to 10 working days
* East Malaysia : Sabah & Sarawak
I have uploaded the prescription but I have not received medications yet. How can I check the deliver status?
If our pharmacy partner’s is delivering using their riders, they will contact you upon the day of delivery.
If your medication is sent via courier delivery, you will receive a track code via SMS and you can track your delivery via https://www.tracking.my/
I need to change the delivery address for my next delivery. Can I change the delivery address for the same prescription? If yes, how can I do it?

Mobile App
I forgot mobile app log-in password or have technical issues with e-farma application. How should I do?
