In our efforts to improve our customers experience, we strongly encourage you to download PMCare+ mobile apps from Google Play Store or Apple App Store as it will assist you to know your medical benefits entitlements and its limits to-date, provide you with the nearest location of panel providers, and empower you to track your request of Guarantee Letters and your submission of Personal Claims easily. Soon, your Long-Term Medications can be requested via e-Farma using PMCare+ as well. For those who have already downloaded PMCare+ mobile apps, kindly ensure you update it with the latest version. Please find attached the features available under PMCare+ for your reference.
Alternatively, for Personal Claims submission, you can submit your claim using desktop via our URL i.e. https://www.pmcareplus.com.my. Any query can be emailed to our dedicated Claims personnel at email@example.com. Written communication via email will be transparent for both parties and easier to track your personal claim status. Please state your Membership Number and claim details in your email for more effective or easier tracking process. With that, the existing Personal Claim Hotline number (03-8026 7788) will no longer exist with effect from 15 January 2018.
